E.T. Gunnarsson

Mr. Gunnarsson spent the first 15 years of his life on a ranch in the Rocky Mountains, later moving to Texas. He now resides in Georgetown, Texas.

Once in Texas, E.T. Gunnarsson started writing his first book, Forgive Us. Along with Forgive Us, he also started constructing his high-fantasy world, Adytum, along with a few other minor fictional universes.

A storyteller from an early age, Mr. Gunnarsson spent his formative years developing his writing skills on international roleplay sites. Outside of writing, Mr. Gunnarsson is active in martial arts. He's a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a brown belt in Judo. In addition, he is an expert in Norse mythology and history plus a wood artist.

Abandon Us, the prequel to Forgive Us, is scheduled for release in late 2021. Both books are part of the Odemark series. (Ödemark means wasteland in Swedish.)

I am primarily focused on fantasy writing, though I sometimes delve into other genres and poetry.

Reading helps me find inspiration for writing. I read books mostly about Norse mythology, history, religion, culture, and magic. I also read fantasy books, such as Tolkien's works.

I've been gaming for most of my life. It serves both as a way to relax, and a way to find inspiration. I often play games for the story, and I usually study the lore of every game I play to help with my own writing.
